That means your contractor can now bring their own heat pump (and air handler unit) – we call this configuration Harvest Open.
What does all this mean for you?

- Works in your home. Harvest now heats more than 80% of homes.
- Faster install. Plug’n-play connectors make installation even shorter.
And we bulked up Harvest. We’re now capable of delivering up to 4 tons of heating with our heat pump-enhanced system.
The core elements of our smart thermal battery™ remain the same: Harvest will still deliver up to 90% of the heating load through the primary heat pump system – with the same load-shifting, cost-cutting, carbon-slashing benefits as before. But now Harvest Open leverages almost any 3rd party heat pump for A/C.
Of course, we still love our feature-rich system – which we call Harvest Classic. It offers top-tier comfort, superior whole-home air filtration, and free night cooling.
