Californians - For a limited time, Harvest is more affordable than ever.

If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to tackle your HVAC problems…it’s very, very possible that now’s the right moment.
Across California, Harvest can cost less than a regular, basic heat pump system - and it’ll save you up to 30% on energy bills, which is something we can’t say about regular heat pumps. We’ll take care of your heating, hot water, and air conditioning in one fell swoop - and you’ll almost completely ditch carbon pollution from your home’s biggest energy hogs.
And we have just heard that TECH Clean California rebates will be relaunching very very soon, for a limited time only - which means extra $$$ off Harvest for all California residents.
The kicker? If you’re electrifying your whole home (by ditching your gas stove at the same time, for example), you get to save a further $9,150 - making this really, really hard to resist.
To quote the great Canadian philosopher Keanu Reeves, “Whoa.”
The Magic Math of Rebates
Municipalities have a wide variety of incentives available, but average around $4,500 for Harvest.
TECH Clean California provides additional rebates across California.
The 25D federal tax credit Residential Clean Energy Credit will get you another 30% off, uncapped, for any projects installed by the end of this year.
And. And! If you electrify your entire home - which you should! - you get an extra $9,150 off your install, through the Energy Smart Homes program. Often, your home heating and hot water are the last gas parts of the electrification puzzle. Harvest is a great final piece of the puzzle, and now it’s worth a huge chunk of change as well - because it includes the power of thermal storage and load shifting.
This is just one example. Of course, every home is slightly different, but this gives you a good start to think about how easy it will be to get Harvest in your home, before it gets hot.
If you’re just interested in the most efficient heat pump for air conditioning, and weren’t thinking about replacing your gas furnace or hot water heater - getting Harvest right now is still a pretty great hack for your long-term home improvement schedule.
Because Harvest is a smart thermal battery, it qualifies for way more incentives than any other system–nearly 50% of the whole system cost, more if this is your last step to home electrification. We like to say you get a Ferrari for a Camry price. And since Harvest includes heating, hot water, AND air conditioning, you can get way more for your renovation time and money than you otherwise could.
The Numbers
In many cases, Harvest will be the most economical way to heat, cool, and hot-water your house, hands down. Even in a not-best-case-scenario, Harvest is still cheaper than a lower-performing (read “more expensive to run”) heat pump system. That’s both the cost to install, and the cost to run it. Plus, Harvest's time of use load-shifting tech still helps homeowners save 30-40% on their utility bills. With utility rates only expected to increase in coming years, these savings could make Harvest's system have a better long-term ROI than any other heat pump +HPWH on the market.
The But
But…there’s always a but. These incentives WILL NOT last forever. That much, we can promise you: TECH Clean California has come and gone before, at least twice, and those times, it lasted about a month each.
